The site for city Centre had an odd form with Ring road dissecting the site into two parts. There are three components to this project that would develop phase wise i.e. the main city centre building, the service hotel and the petrol pump. Along the Ring Road, the main city centre building is planned as a Landmark Hub that will become a new meeting place in the city. The Landmark building houses the shopping marts, two auditoriums and banquet hall. The main building cascades down backwards to make spaces for shopping plaza. The hotel is located towards the internal part of the plot and cascades down towards the central park.
