The project attempts to re configure the experience of walking along the street-scape of D. V. Marg, Mahalaksmi. The street offers diverse experience beginning with busy Haji Ali junction to the landscaped edges of Willingdon Sports Club and other surrounding institutions such Drug addict centre, R. T.O and C.N.G. Station. The quality of streetscape is re-imagined through articulating it with its adjoining program. Through introduction of landscape features, street furniture, sculptures, signage, and lighting installations the street edge is activated and given its unique character.
