The project is a high end mixed use Housing situated in suburb of Mumbai. The monotonous and repetitive character of a housing building was transformed by shifting profile of the floor plate. Though, the housing unit layout remained uniform, the profiles of flower beds and terraces were choreographed to break down the volume of the building. The vegetation was used to enhance the form of the building further. The first two floors were designed as shopping centre while Amenities and community spaces were allocated at regular intervals throughout the building.
